		National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Established in 1942, The National Association of Home Builders helps promote housing for their members, the housing industry and the public. NAHB has various groups that analyze housing policy issues, work toward improving the housing financial system, and analyze and forecast economic and consumer trends for their members and affiliates. Youngblood Properties has been a member of the NAHB since 2000.
		Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR) As a non-profit organization, The Home Building Association of Richmond offers their members specific resources that help them conduct their business. HBAR’s main goals are to support the expansion of the building industry, maintain the high quality of local communities, promote concern for the environment, while maintaining a positive climate for growth. Youngblood Properties has been an active member since 2000.
		Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) This statewide organization of home builders and firms that provides products and services to the home building industry. HBAV provides approximately 60% of its annual resources to representing the home building industry before state lawmakers and state regulators.  Youngblood Properties has been an active member since 2000.
		Earthcraft Virginia EarthCraft Virginia serves as a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduces utility bills while protecting the environment. EarthCraft promotes diligent airsealing and energy efficiency. EarthCraft houses more energy efficient, cost less to occupy, and more durable overall. Youngblood Properties partners with Earthcraft Virginia to ensure your custom built home to be energy efficient, while maintaining style and comfort.
		Energy Star Energy Star is  joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping home owners save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.
